Had a new roof installed, 2 days later it rained and roof leaked. I called them that day and they said the soonest they could come out was in 6 weeks. 6 weeks later they called and said the person scheduled went home sick, and would have to reschedule in 2 weeks. Mean while every time it rains I need to check the bucket I put up there and empty it when full.
Beware of this company. We had a sales person named Sergio force his way into our home and my wife was terrified and he wouldn't leave until she scheduled a consultation. The phone number left for the company wasn't helpful and I will be filing a criminal report.
I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy that’s how bad I think they are. f I could give them a 0000+ I would but the lowest was a 1. So my experience is 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Do not go with them! Very disappointed! They increased the price after second estimate. They broke my tile floor when they installed. They didn’t fix it and they don’t want to pay for hiring someone else to fix it. They said they could only offer me a discount for future project which I won’t trust them anymore. Also the windows and doors only certified for south area of America.
If I could give zero or negative stars, I absolutely would. The experience was terrible from start to finish. A pushy door-to-door salesman pressured me into the service, and things only got worse from there. They were scheduled to arrive at 8AM but showed up an hour early - completely disregarding the agreed time.
