The actual work that was done is excellent. The work crews were quick, efficient, and communicative. Unfortunately the Boston office is anything but communicative, quick, or efficient. It was communicated to me at the start of the project that, due to the length and slant of my drive way, a full-size dumpster wouldn’t fit so they’d need to have a dumpster swap to finish cleaning up the trash from my siding project. DO NOT RECOMMEND. They did not listen to me when at my house the day they were doing the work. They acted like my concerns weren’t a big deal at all. They do not leave you alone after the projects are completed either. They have called me numerous times and even showed up at my house even after I asked them repeatedly to take me off their lists and to leave me alone. Several attemts to come out and give an estimate on windows. Scheduled a time for an estimate .. received a call back saying they were overbooked and will give me a call on the next available time...this isnt the first time this has happened..this has happened last yr as well....my negative reviews credit score ..who knows. They are to pushy!!!!
Bad bad bad. Don’t even get a quote. It will be way overpriced and if you say no they will call and harrass you. I was getting multiple calls a day and told them to stop calling. They continued to just call and hang up at all times a day intentionally to piss me off. They should be reported. I have since blocked them and never want to deal with them ever again.
