It’s funny how they just make things work without proper materials and possibly tools using nails to hang your gutters, not even screws and then leaving all the nails behind as well. You know on top of it all hiring contractors to do their job and saying that they’re not they somehow just MacGyver things together and pray nobody calls back or something. We are overall impressed of the quality of the workmanship. The salesperson Adam took his time to explain everything perfectly. He was very informative and thorough, and we found his presentation to answer comprehensively. We loved the fact that they used Pella windows, and they offered lifetime warranty! The communication and follow-up was very helpful. Crew was neat and professional. We liked that someone came out to check on everything and that they offered a customer service communication line. A five star experience!
Had a free estimate with Steven Doan. Not only did he give an elaborate presentation, but it was well organized, professional and he even brought physical examples for demonstrations. Overall I was not ready to buy yet however after seeing the product and how efficient it will be. It’s a no brainer. Thank you again Steven for working with me and I look forward to getting more done in my house in the future through Power!!
I’m sorry to post a bad review, but I feel like I need to warn people of this company. I agreed to a free siding quote and received the full sales pitch with scare tactics that took almost 5 hours of my day. I got quoted for 5200 sf of siding later to do my own math and come under 3000 sf. So their $15 per sf didn’t look bad initially, combined with financing and a push to agree to a contract that same day i can see how some people can fall for them. Beware! And to the company and sales team, be better!
We had all 18 windows replaced, and the installation was a mess—seams and glue were sloppily done, and we constantly get condensation in the winter. They also did our roof, and since then, we’ve had leaks in the bedroom, bathroom, and living room ceilings. When they came out to inspect, they claimed they couldn’t find the source and insisted it wasn’t related to the roof.
