I’m sorry to post a bad review, but I feel like I need to warn people of this company. I agreed to a free siding quote and received the full sales pitch with scare tactics that took almost 5 hours of my day. I got quoted for 5200 sf of siding later to do my own math and come under 3000 sf. So their $15 per sf didn’t look bad initially, combined with financing and a push to agree to a contract that same day i can see how some people can fall for them. Beware! And to the company and sales team, be better!
We had all 18 windows replaced, and the installation was a mess—seams and glue were sloppily done, and we constantly get condensation in the winter. They also did our roof, and since then, we’ve had leaks in the bedroom, bathroom, and living room ceilings. When they came out to inspect, they claimed they couldn’t find the source and insisted it wasn’t related to the roof. Beware , they were great until they got paid then didnt want to help me with bad work that i wasn’t satisfied with, i talked to them and they showed the pictures to the inspection team who said it needed to be repaired on the roof where they tore the covering and plywood was showing but yet the next person i talked with said it didn’t need to be repaired while sitting at his desk in Pennsylvania behind his computer
It’s difficult to know where to start, however, I will just say that the sales rep broke the entrance to my attic space with a ladder —then never came back. He eventually emailed an estimate for work we didn’t want done that totaled 54k. It was a waste of time and now I have to pay someone to fix my attic entrance.
