Pushy sales team, terrible installation. We were told they didn’t use subcontractors and yet subcontractors showed up in a U-Haul and we’re very unprofessional when speaking to me and my wife. We are very dissatisfied. I would not recommend this company.
We are very dissatisfied with our installation and the very dishonest practices by the sales team. Do not use this company as you will not get the product they promise.
Do not trust this company or anything their sales team says. We were told we would have employees that only do windows and doors all year long and instead subcontractors showed up to our house in a U-Haul. We were told by the sales team that we could put our storm doors back on after installation, and I asked the installers to make sure that this could be done and the storm doors do not fit after installation. Power installed our new siding and gutters in 2019. We recently noticed our front gutter sagging and called them for service. We were told it was not under warranty because we have solar panels and the snow falling off the roof onto the gutter caused the bending. Fine, we paid the cost and the installers came yesterday and while they did a great job they told us that the original installers did not use the correct screws and did not use enough hangers. The seals in the windows started breaking after a couple years, now within 10 years we have over a 50% failure rate and the company refuses to honor the warranty because the manufacturer doesn't make them anymore. You can't sue them because of the arbitration agreement in the contract that only allows you half of what the arbiter decides. Get that? The contract says you only are eligible to receive 50% of what the arbiter says they owe you. They push pretty hard for you to leave a review at Google or Yelp, which considering ... read more
