I had windows installed a few years ago and have had to replace several due to a fault of the past manufacturer Power was using. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the warranty department and most of the installers. The employees are very friendly and the work was done quickly and professionally.
Took advantage of elderly parents. Provided them with a dishonest full gutter replacement that allows water to drain onto roof. Beware of high-pressure sales tactics. Online portal is simple and lacks in-depth project details, information, and loan agreement terms. Power displayed poor service recovery efforts, did not provide any remedial work and expressed an unwillingness to take any corrective action.
