I am more than pleased with the process and end project. Very reasonable pricing. If you do your homework, its hard to say no. I could have done the windows myself, but when comparing similar windows, and the cost of the flashing, caulking, disposal of the old windows, and the time it would take, it was an easy decision.
One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. We only went with this extremely overpriced company for windows because of their lifetime warranty. Well we needed to use the warranty and we were told that isn’t covered. No compassion no respect only nasty customer service agents who told us to call the manufacturer and have them cover it. Everything came out great. Our front door makes our home look nicer & our new sliding doors keeps the heat from the sun out. Also got a window replaced & attic installation that both work great.
I just wanted express how the workers was on time and very professional. Fast and very efficient with the installation. We appreciate the hard work they provided!! Thank you!!
Update: 7/2026. Original post 2 years ago. They asked me to post before the work was done while the salesman was still in my kitchen. We are so UNHAPPY and IRRITATED with the company and the work that was done on our house. My husband gets still gets ANGRY when their name or the work is mentioned. The contract includes a “lifetime” warranty that transfers if we sell our house to the new owner.
