Giving this company 1 star not because of actually ever purchasing its products or services, but with their sales tactics and strategies. Attempted to make an appointment to replace over 30 windows in my home. Apparently it's 1950 and I have to have my husband present in order to even schedule the free estimate. Even though I'm the decision maker and the one paying the bill, I'm not allowed to even schedule an appointment. The representative wouldn't even entertain scheduling without my husband there. A fantastic experience overall with Power, we had our second floor windows done and couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff, crew, and team of all positions were friendly and accommodating. They made sure that we as homeowners, were comfortable and knowledgeable of the product that we would be purchasing.
