It was clear from the way she worked — with tremendous skill and confidence — that she had done this many times before. I screwed up a bleach job and had a job interview in 2 days. Gina helped me immediately and spent a lot of time and care making sure all the old color was gone. It looks great now! I will definitely come back here.
I had awful haircut experience with Gina at Power Hair starting with annoying process of making appointment which took 2 days of texting and deposit of 50%. The place is beautiful, but atmosphere and level of service were poor. Messy working stations, hairbrushes with someone's hair on them - I was the first customer of that day, powerless hairdryer, inappropriate conversations between coworkers while doing my hair didn't make my experience any better.
