Power Graphics continues to be a reliable vendor and goes above and beyond to help. We just completed a record turnaround and the banner arrived beautifully printed and on-time to Chicago. My client had some glitches with the design, so we were running a day late. Alexia was so friendly and helpful. She ensured that we had the right product ordered (even saved us money) and that we'd have it in time. We were in a time crunch and also didn't really know what we were doing. I called Power Graphics frantic when things fell through with another company. Ken was so polite and knowledgeable about our display that we needed graphics for. He walked me through the process and helped me get our order placed. Matthew reached out right away with a proof and they had our order printed and to us within a few days. Excellent, efficient service!

Terrible experience. The print quality was awful, colors were wrong, and images were pixelated. Customer service was non-existent. No one answered my calls or responded to emails. Avoid this company at all costs! update: this is an actual review, it seams it's a trick that they have every review they write it's a false review, just stay away from them at all costs!

poor work Reply to Power Graphics reply. You don't know who I am, or you don't want to know? This is not a fake review, but another way for you to ignore your company's problems. To anyone reading this, stay away from this company. Their incompetence and poor customer service are shocking. They blame customers for their own mistakes and refuse to take responsibility. My experience is just one example. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere.

Horrible Quality and Service - Stay Away! If you don't want to get ripped off, don't do business with them. Power Graphics Digital Imaging is an absolute nightmare! don't do business with this company. They are doing an awful job in every aspect.
