Great experience with Ray Payne and the gang. The most straightforward car buying experience ever. No haggling, no up-selling, no BS. Made it super easy after I had an extremely negative experience with a shady northeast Ohio dealership. Will return to Fairway Chevy GMC for sure.
Thought they was fair like their name says but boy was I wrong. They will insult you with lowballs on your trade and pick out every little flaw on your vehicle and reduce it by thousands. At the same time try and sell you. 60k truck with a bunch of rust at the bottom like its brand new. Truck I looked at had rock chips all over it including in the windshield but their price stayed firm lol
So I was approved for a 2020 gmc Denali got to the dealership Saturday morning and the salesman I was dealing with said they sold it wasn’t very happy about it. So I found another truck did the paperwork and we were on our way. We got home I was scrolling through facebook the truck I just bought popped up on a add so I clicked on it was scrolling through the pictures and seen it had running boards on it so I text the salesman about it he said they take them off..
