Called set up a appointment Drove over a hour away to see a new blazer when we got there it was a service shuttle vehicle with thousands of miles on it. Probably should have said something before I drove there. Online it said 0 miles
The service dept staff is always very polite, courteous and explains in full details findings ir further needs for my vehicle. Always a pleasant experience.
My experience with fairway was good they were helpful they were prompt they stayed in contact with me through the process and let me know that if there was any problems to call and let them know and when I drove it for one day the check engine light came on so I called them and they said to bring it in and they would diagnose it for free so my experience with them was great
Ryan worked with me for all day to find a car that I liked. 10/10
