I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by Power Frost AC also known as Optimum Mechnical as well, following an installation project that began in May 2022. Although the initial service was promising, the long-term support and performance of the systems installed have been extremely disappointing and unacceptable—especially given the significant investment close to 20K. I had a mini split installed from here a few years ago and it has worked flawlessly. These guys are excellent to deal with and came on Sunday to fix our AC in Very fair pricing and a good product. I will deal here again.
Recently got Ac unit installed it was very professional service and quick response pice was fair
