I could not even speak to someone after wasting 30 minutes of my life. I called again and asked for a manager and got placed back into the queue for service and no manager. What happened to customer service... and yes... there is "ALWAYS an excuse of some kind. I have experience with Power Ford and they have pushed me away again this is the third time I have attempted to request service from this dealership where I purchased my truck.
