I had Power Ford diagnose the notorious "death wobble" that single axle super-duty trucks often experience. After 2.5 hours and $209 for the diagnostic, they recommended a front-end rebuild including replacing the upper and lower ball joints, drag link, and tie rod assembly for $5200. They did not show me any of the worn parts, how they diagnosed the problems, nor did they provide a break down for the cost of parts and labor. Little to no communication. Went in a week ago, was told that my Car (Ford Edge 2020), would be ready by Friday (yesterday) Heard NOTHING. We then went in person and was met with no customer service. If I could give a Negative Star, I would.
