2nd time coming for service......2 nd time waiting hours for any kind of update. Don't waste your time .....go anywhere else
I’ll start by saying that the valet service provided is awesome, they were super nice and the fact they offer to pickup and drop off is convenient. The problem is they took it literally all day. I was expecting half a day because of the valet service but an oil change taking all day is ridiculous when I had an appointment at 7am. I called to ask what the shop rate was. Service advisor said they don’t have an hourly rate, they charge by the job. So I asked what a specific job would cost. He said he couldn’t tell me. To get any info about costs you have to pay a $200+ fee. Just crazy! Edit to clarify for the ‘owner’ - of course you need to see the truck to know exactly what’s wrong or give an actual quote. But you’re a Ford dealer, you know what it costs to change brakes on a ford truck, or do any number of other things. You also know your hourly rate ... read more
