Sales dept rocks! Service center is so horrible it counteracts how well the sale of the car went. We were smart enough to buy a warranty for car, then few months after we bought car it needed a repair. They have had my car for two weeks now and keep putting me off, because they aren't getting money off me, there is always a new excuse for why it's not finished, and Mike there is a complete jerk when you do start questioning their judgement. Paying for a car I am not even driving!
My Husband and I bought my car at Power of Newport in the beginning of December 2016, (2010 Chevy Impala). 33 days after I bought my car I went out to start it in the morning and it wouldn't start, turned out it was my fuel pump and it would be almost $1,300 to fix my car. Sol at Power told me I was S.O.L. because I had no warranty so I got it fixed elsewhere.
