I purchased a 2025 Bronco Sport and Justin Griego was my salesman. My dad has a 1972 Bronco that I grew up being his "little Bronco rider" and when he passed away recently, I knew I wanted one of my own in his memory. I told Justin my story and I chose the perfect Bronco and Justin surprised me with a Yeti Bronco Cup when I received the keys and Bronco on the red carpet! Thank you, Justin, for your patience with me asking to look at several Broncos until I found the ONE!
Beware of this dealership the service department is great but the sales will ignore you after the sale is complete if requested management to call and help me with my truck situation and no call backs so rest assured after the sale you mean nothing to this dealership, we purchased two trucks a year ago and One of the trucks has been in the shop over six times and the management team could care less because they’ve been paid so now I’m just a number to them stay away unless you like to be forgotten, not to mention how they go... read more
Horrific customer service. Well after a month of trading in my old car, these individuals have yet to pay off my trade-in. I've had to call Lincoln credit and run interference for these people at Power Ford. Obviously this is a civil suit but for anyone considering buying from here, foretold is forewarned. p.s.the Bronco itself is an awesome ride. Highly recommend it, just not from these "people"
They are the nicest people in the world while convincing you to purchase a vehicle with them. The second you walk out the door with your money in their hands, you become a worthless nuisance to them. They refuse to return customer calls. I have been trying to get ahold of the finance department for a week, calling multiple times every day, but they never pick up.
