Power, finances Tx loan company for small loans personal loans I wouldn’t never suggest using this company. Their interest rate is way too high. For a $400 loan you will be paying $1200 back to them so your loan will end up being $1600. This company is a rip off they take advantage of people who are needing small loans I heard about this company from the radio station 104.1 KRBE I would also suggested this radio stations. Stop using these companies as advertisement because people will get into big debt.
Recently got a loan from this company for $500.00 dollars and it was set up for repayment of $178.00 every pay period which is on the 7th and 22nd of each month till paid off. Recently I missed a couple of payments and now Power Finance is trying to take either $178.00 or $222.64 whenever they want out of my bank account. I know that I have payments due but to try and take whatever they want out of my account whenever that want is not acceptable. One of the worst predatorial lender I have ever encountered be aware You're not going to like the results it starts out great because you need of the cash to pay your bill but what they don't tell you is that only $8 off your payment every week is going towards your principal which means you'll never get done paying your debt off.
This review is for the online lending service and not the location itself however it is in regards to the predatory lending policies. First they weee dishonest about the rates and policies they set it up for the wrong payback dates and was a hassle to fix. I spoke to supervisor who said I could cancel once the loan cleared just pay it back . Their website says 3 days. I let the loan cleared and paid back and full they then told me because payments were rescheduled (due to their error) I could not cancel
