I brought my generator in because I found a loose spring inside the compartment that was identical to the vibration isolation springs on the generator. I was told it was likely my back left vibration isolation spring and that it needed to be repaired or it could potentially damage my generator. I can’t recommend Power Field Services (PFS) in Dickinson, TX highly enough. We get our generator maintenance parts from them, and the experience has been outstanding every time. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. We had an Onan power unit on a service truck experiencing issues. These guys identified the issue and repaired the generator in about a week. I feel the price was reasonable for what was involved. We appreciated their honesty and quick repair.
