AVOID!!! The worst experience and a waste of time. They wasted months of our time over a simple refi. They constantly asked for the same documents we gave them before over and over again only because they can not communicate internally. I'm a real estate investor and worked with a lot of different lenders, no one can top these guys with unprofessionalism. On top of that, they're very disrespectful.
