Friendly and competent customer service. Came in for advice about my Stihl leaf blower. Stevie and Bryan took the time to talk to me and gave me practical solutions. Having support is a huge part of selling commercial-line products -- so glad we purchased from this location. Thank you Steve & Bryan for the excellent product support.
I went to this location to look at power equipment and was very disappointed with the service. The gate was open, the “open” sign was on, but as I walked up to the door they turned the lights off right in front of me. Even if it was close to closing time, that’s just poor customer service. This wasn’t the first time either — I’ve been here before and they closed the gate before the advertised 5 pm. Must have been a bad day for them. Walked in to buy a Stihl weed eater. Aug 19 2025. Not even acknowledged within 3 minutes of being there. There were 3 staff behind the desk. I stood close to the counter looking for help. I walked out very displeased without as much as "Can I help you" or " I'll be right with you". I see other posts with good experiences, mine was not.
