This landscape company is contracted to do the backyards, front yards, and continued maintenance for all Hubble built HOA's and has done an absolute TERRIBLE job with Mason Creek Landing in Caldwell. Had I known that I'd end up needing to replace most of the sprinklers in my front yard (and 1/3 of the sod) as well as the entire back yard, I would have opted to do it myself and ate the cost then. Not sure if they just didn’t care because they were doing landscape for a builder in a new neighborhood, or if they’re just not very good at all. Would not recommend this landscape company at all. Had to have our landscaping completely redone. I asked for mulch and didn’t want rock and they gave us “premium mulch” (ground up rock). Our grass was horrible and ended up installing turf. Our BTW HOA uses them currently but will do everything possible get rid of them: they do not fulfill the tasks in the contract. Our common areas are deteriorating rapidly after they came in. They shred everything under their mowers, regardless. Weeds take over, grass is dying, fences are damaged, the string trimmer splatter the fences so badly, it looks like a war zone. Most of their staff don't speak English and can't communicate and they just don't care. The neighbors are all upset. We are even thinking of doing the work o... read more
