I've been popping in and out of this gym for the past 12 months. I have another class based gym I attend, but have been coming here on my weight lifting blocks and man I love it! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and the community is really supportive. One of my goals for 2025 was to do a powerlifting comp and I achieved that. Fantastic gym, a lot better then commercial gyms, also want to mention conner, has been my powerlifting coach for the past 9 months, have already hit PBs that I never though I could achieve, great coach and a top bloke!
Power Elite Gym has that true old school energy—bars clanging, heavy lifting, and an atmosphere that makes you want to push harder every session. The equipment is top notch and set up perfectly for powerlifting and strength training without any of the distractions you find in commercial gyms. What really sets it apart is the community. incredibly talented and knowledgeable staff. Great gym with all you need to get STRONG .atmosphere is top notch with team support that’s second to none.
Pulled up to check the gym out at Narellan and was told by the 'coach' that I was wasting my time and needed to take steroids to grow muscle. Was highly aggressive and I could tell the rage was chemically enhanced (I have over 20 years in medicine and addiction care). Hopped in my car and left. Do not recommend.
