Pulled up to check the gym out at Narellan and was told by the 'coach' that I was wasting my time and needed to take steroids to grow muscle. Was highly aggressive and I could tell the rage was chemically enhanced (I have over 20 years in medicine and addiction care). Hopped in my car and left. Do not recommend.
I've been at power elite for 4 years now. I've come along way from when I've first start to now. I have been coached by Yianni Mousellis who I'd highly recommend. He has helped me so much throughout my powerlifting journey. My sister recently started training under connor and he has helped her so much. The power elite environment is very welcoming and very friendly. I'd highly recommend training here.
I am convinced Power Elite’s atmoshphere is mindblowing. I walked in there and stood there for a good 3 seconds. I noticed how well the refs love their job so it made me go to Emerald Hills KFC to enjoy the Original Recipe Combo Box. Well done Power Elite
