Project manager Chris was quick to arrive, thoroughly documented the issue, and was very helpful with explaining all steps of the water removal process. Crew chief Latrell and Tech Henri were next to arrive.They were both very polite and professional, answered all my questions and treated our house and belongings with the best of care.
