Had water get into our basement after one of those days with inches and inches of rain. Power Dry came out with their water removal team first and determined we had managed to dry out the basement on our own and promptly got the mold remediation team out to our house about an hour later. I had water in my encapsulated crawl space. So happy that a co-worker gave me the number to Power Dry. They were able to come out the same day I called. Chris identified the source of my water problem (crawl space dehumidifier). The crew of Latrell, Colton and Tim did a fantastic job of removing the water, cleaning up and coming back later in the week to pick up the equipment. Everyone was very nice and I will for sure be calling Power Dry for water removal emergencies.
