They get one star for prompt arrival even on a Sunday. I discovered water in my basement from hot water heater problem. I have tile flooring and a large wool rug that had absorbed most of the water. I opted to just have the water sucked up from the floor and rug because I had just been given an 8-9 thousand dollar plumbing repair estimate and needed a beat to think about the additional 3700$ that this company wanted for mold prevention. I worked with Mitch and Adam — Mitch was my main point of contact and was very communicative and thorough in explaining the process. He was also upfront about costs, which I really appreciated. They were able to take care of the issue promptly, and the job was done efficiently. Adam handled the mold removal at our home and did an excellent job.
