Outstanding service. Rich is the best
Needed to replace a blown hydraulic line for my truck plow. They sized it and had a rebuilt hose ready in just a couple of minutes.
Always very helpful, knowledgable, and quick service. They know there stuff at PDI and we have yet to bring them a hose or coupling that they couldn’t help with.
I went in to have 4 hoses made with common automotive flare fittings. Nothing special, nothing fancy. They told me that Incredibly, they could not get the same automotive flare fittings, but tried to sell me a fitting that just presses on with no clamp or crimp. But they only had 2 of the 8 fittings I needed, and then tried to charge me $15 for "shipping" to get basic 1/2" automotive flare fittings shipped in "2 to 3 weeks". And those were not even the same as the fittings I had. Hoses made to order? Not so much in, my case.... read more
