Hands down the weirdest experience ever, called customer service they sent out an electrician the next day, he was unable to resolve my issue but wanted him to come back and do some other work and I've never seen him again. I called the customer service line three more time to schedule a visit no call back nothing. How can a company like this survive when customers want to pay for a service but they just don't want to follow up. Thanks for wasting my time. Avoid this place at all cost.

I called Power Doctors for an Electrical issue I was having spoke to the Owner Roy, He asked me a few questions about my issue. Roy took the time to have me try and determine the problem by trying and few things to try and fix it my self. And Roy did just that helped me fix the issue over the phone. Most Companies would have sent a Repair Tech and charged you a Service call and whatever else. Keep the estimate paperwork. They did not have the right tools for the job. To get the job done a hole was cut in the wall and left open. Beware of the owner......will over charge you. Keep your estimate paperwork!!!!!!!!Better yet.....don't waste your time. Call and ask the workers, do they do side jobs? You can get a better price for the work. For a first time home owner/buyer.....this was a horrible experience.
