I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing before authorising any work with this company. In my case, I was told one thing on site about the cause of an electrical fault, which influenced my decision to proceed with additional work. The invoice I later received stated something different, leaving me responsible for costs I would not have agreed to otherwise. They later changed their invoices and explanations. We have used Power Doctors before and they were great, this time around we were quite disappointed with their service. Even thats not an issue sometimes with businesses these things happen but when we spoke to them post work they were extremely defensive and rude, Michael gets a special mention for this as he questioned how much we understand electrical work. Customers might not understand technical work but its within our rights to benchmark similar work done.
When we had renovated our house about 3 years ago Power doctors had done all of the electrical work for us. Our experience with Peter was so good that when we moved we wanted to book them again for all the electrical works at our new house. The boys that were sent to us after weeks of waiting for an appoint were nice but extremely inexperienced to the point that they couldn't even buy the correct TV bracket, something that should have been a no brainer. The Power Doctors went out of their way to fit me in today to fit a 7 kw ev charger Excellent Excellent and Excelled Good team and very reasonably priced I would recommend these people very highly Thanks guys
The company was highly recommended, and we arranged to carry out cleaning of a small air-conditioning unit which had been badly neglected. The two technicians were bright, friendly, non-judgemental, and meticulous in their work, and the machine is now powering beautifully. Both the techs and communicating with the office staff were a pleasure, and the price was also very fair. We were happy they were recommended to us, and would like to share this satisfaction with others.
