Shipping and receiving employees are grit and professional and helpful. They load very fast. I was empty within 30 min. The big problem is that they don’t have a yard for semi truck. Space is so small. It is only for box trucks. 53’ Trailer doesn’t fit. Shipper guy tried to watch behind the trailer but it took me really a long time to back up. I really don’t know why they even have this small yard here. Truck drivers be careful when you go to this shipper and receiver.
I tried to call (4) times in the past hour about a week ago on a Wednesday. It is the month of March so there are no federal or national holidays. I chose the options for the operator twice and the sales department twice. All (4) times PDI sent me to voicemail. No live people picking up the phone. I called between 9-10AM EST, and they are located in Richmond which is EST.
Called with a few questions and they were disgustingly rude.
