The poor service by the tellers. Once my line of credit is paid I'm done with this bank and I recommended you do the same. A customer was so dissatisfied he robbed this bank, twice! 1 Star Review
Unable to get anyone to answer the phone. Was calling to inquire about a loan....glad I know now what the customer service is like 👎🏼
RecommendedI had an issue and had not been able to resolve it through the institutions associate. The CEO personally contacted me to resolve the issue. The amount of care that was demonstrated during the call is exactly why I will continue to bank there. Rarely would a institution let alone the CEO take the time to make things right but it was done and for that I am grateful.
I have called Powers Credit Union, I have emailed Powers Credit Union, I have faxed Powers Credit Union to close my accounts and they have not and will not listen to me. I moved out of state so going there in person wasn't an option. These children's games are unacceptable.You can do what ever you want Powers Credit Union, but you must be willing to face the consequence's for your actions. Online banking services is down so much that I've had it and plan on leaving as soon as possible. I even tried going into the PW location to find out why the Online Banking is down again and hopefully find out how many more days it will be down, my answer was - "I don't know" to both questions. WOW!!
After the way I was just treated never again. Soon as my card is paid off I will be canceling my account completely
