We got a window installed and the window was what we ordered, the guys who came to do it were fast and efficient. But when it came down to a problem that we had after the window was installed, the company refused to acknowledge that they misinformed us and then try to gaslight us into thinking it was our fault. The most horrible and disgusting customer service provided by the one and only Chris Chindris. No communication skills ,zero respect and he felt very entitled, talking about his million dollar jobs HA! A true clown working here.
