FIVE STARS!!! I can't recommend Power Concepts Electric, LLChighly enough! With a massive winter snowstorm heading our way in just a couple of days, I reached out for a last-minute request to install a generator sub-panel and rewire my main panel to accommodate a transfer switch/breaker. Has anyone else had an issue with Shenandoah Electric Co-op or Power Concepts not responding to possible public safety issues? I reached out to them over 2 months ago and they gave me a run around and haven't taken the report serious. This is not my only concern.

Our company's main printer and postage machine suddenly just quit working. The outlets around the machines worked but not specific outlets for the machines. I called Power Concepts and Victor came right over with no hesitation. He was friendly, fast, and courteous. Victor THANK YOU so much! We will defiantly be utilizing him and Power Concepts moving forward.
Our company contacted and obtained a quote from Power Concepts for a substantial security upgrade project. Although we did not end up using the services of Power Concepts, our experience with Victor has been purely a pleasant one. He was communicative from the start and gave it his all to price out the project, and to make sure that he did so with every detail the way we wanted and needed it to be.
