Has anyone else had an issue with Shenandoah Electric Co-op or Power Concepts not responding to possible public safety issues? I reached out to them over 2 months ago and they gave me a run around and haven't taken the report serious. This is not my only concern.
Our company's main printer and postage machine suddenly just quit working. The outlets around the machines worked but not specific outlets for the machines. I called Power Concepts and Victor came right over with no hesitation. He was friendly, fast, and courteous. Victor THANK YOU so much! We will defiantly be utilizing him and Power Concepts moving forward.
Our company contacted and obtained a quote from Power Concepts for a substantial security upgrade project. Although we did not end up using the services of Power Concepts, our experience with Victor has been purely a pleasant one. He was communicative from the start and gave it his all to price out the project, and to make sure that he did so with every detail the way we wanted and needed it to be. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone in need.

I had 2 LED dimmer switches installed. The electrician came from 5 miles away. I was charged an $80 Service Call fee. Outrageous amount for such a short distance to travel. Charged $80 for 1 hr. of labor. The job took 20 mins. Charged $35.49 per LED dimmer switch. This is a 40% markup on the part. Total cost of bill was $231. Probably should have been around $100. Well overpriced. Super nice and polite electrician though.
