Excellent company to work for.
Called in for heat issue, tech told me that control board is bad and unit also old, even if he fix issue it won't last more than 2 years than I asked him to do it, next day he came and he couldn't fix it and came with Bill amount of $901, after talking with with tech hours and office staff end up paying $563 with no heat. I won't recommend this company to anyone, Ripoff ripoff think twice before hire 🤔 😴🤔🤬🤬🤬
They charge $360 For control board which i can get for $119 from supply house. Endup paying them $563 for nothing. Heat isn't working at all and i have to pay them the board.
Formerly named Airy Hill Refrigeration. Highly responsive when called. Bron and Ryan came out within an hour of calling (they were working in the area). They quickly diagnosed a loud compressor noise, secured a loose shroud, and put in the warranty claim. After our office got nowhere for months dealing with a different company, PCI provided quick, efficient, professional service. Thank you for getting rid of the loud noise! We highly recommend this company!
