They have been a great company to work with. I have lived in many states and they are by far the most understanding power company. If you are struggling to make payments they work with you and have many low income programs. They care about their customers.
Power goes out once or twice a month.
This is the worst power company they sent contractors on my property they smashed and destroyed $20,000 worth of my property and pacpower refuses to have any integrity and reimburse what they destroyed
Power again for 6th time in 1 week - what the hell is going on!
