Initially bought a coupon on Groupon. Attempted to contact the company twice to set up an appointment. No response seemed like a bot was setting up an appointment time but there was a no-show therefore I requested to have my coupon refunded.
Jared and William did my exterior windows (including 2 large skylights) plus the skylights from the inside cathedral style ceiling and I am VERY pleased with the work done. Excellent work by very professional, experienced technicians!
I am very happy I chose this company for my windows. They went beyond the level of service I expected. They were professional, punctual, and did a great job cleaning my windows! Will definitely use again.
I bought a Grupon to clean my windows. It took me a week to get in touch with them. Finally when I talked to them I requested Saturday July 13. A guy called Nam told me it would be very hard to do it and that I should call Grupon and complain a lot to get my money back. Next day I received an email that they would clean my windows Saturday... they never showed up. We had Power Cleaning doing my outside and inside windows yesterday, and at first we thought they did a great job. Then we checked the basement windows in the daylight - and the inner panes had not been removed to do both sides. Then we realized the the patio screen door was left off of it's track, and when I went to open the screen portion of the small bedroom window the slider would hit the tab on the screen and so would only open 3 inches.
