The registers in our apartment bedroom started blowing out these tiny black flecks whenever the heat kicked on. The lead technician, you could tell, genuinely loves his job and cares about indoor air quality. He wasn't rushing to the next job. He spent 20 minutes showing me on his tablet exactly what was in my ducts, explaining how my duct design was causing issues in certain rooms, and gave me 3 simple things I could do myself to keep them cleaner. When someone is that passionate and educational instead of salesy, you know you hired the right company.
