We have used them multiple times over the years and they have always been great. This last time I took my Chevy HHR in for a problem with the defroster and heater fan. To be fair, sometimes it work and sometimes it didn't. Many times they called and said it was fixed but when I went after it there was still a problem. The service center has been great so far exactly with the S.C manager taking care of everything for me on my end definitely showing great customer support/care. I know it’s been annoying a super stressful for everyone but the service center is definitely out there trying their best . Gave 4 starts just cause problem isn’t fixed yet will update when solved
All the guys in there were super helpful setting a quote for my truck even though I wasn't in the state at the time. When I got there paid for the parts to be able to get the ball rolling.
