Gave them a chance to fill my wiper reservoir, since they neglect fluids at service oil changes. They billed $185 to diagnosis, and another $400 in repairs. Went to Autozone for free diagnosis and $10 fluid. THANKS AUTOZONE!!!
Take your vehicle to valley or Portland, if you want real service to fix an issue. These guys appear to only be able to replace windshield wiper blades.
We have used them multiple times over the years and they have always been great. This last time I took my Chevy HHR in for a problem with the defroster and heater fan. To be fair, sometimes it work and sometimes it didn't. Many times they called and said it was fixed but when I went after it there was still a problem. I have to admit, multiple times that I had to go back it was not their fault since every time they would check it it would work. The service center has been great so far exactly with the S.C manager taking care of everything for me on my end definitely showing great customer support/care. I know it’s been annoying a super stressful for everyone but the service center is definitely out there trying their best . Gave 4 starts just cause problem isn’t fixed yet will update when solved
