Then if something is broken, they charge you cost for the part plus shipping. They got 150% of the cost of a cheap cheap unit from me for a one-month rental. I would not recommend. They get $100 wheelchairs off of Amazon and rent them for $100 a month. What kind of business rents out the cheapest units they can find. Good service,
Very helpful staff and personel. When they didn't have what I needed they sought it out and worked with me to let me pay for it while I was trying to keep up with a rash of medical expenses. They were professional, courteous, and helped me without making me feel like I was in the wrong for having to work around the unexpected. I know five star reviews can be suspect sometimes, but they genuinely earned theirs.
