I have had the pleasure of dealing with this amazing company a few times over the past two years regarding repairs. Andrew, Jeff, Nathan and Hugo are extremely kind and knowledgeable. My situation was a bit complicated. I also have a brain injury so I need things explained slowly. Every single person I spoke with was so patient and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what they were doing and how I can move forward. They literally saved my life of isolation by correctly communicating and repairing my mobility scoo... read more
Our experience with Mobility Equipment Recyclers of New England was excellent! My husband needed a power lift chair due to a medical condition. There were multiple chairs in stock that my husband was able to try for size and functionality. Andrew was very patient and answered all of our questions carefully and capably. We purchased one of the in-stock chairs. The delivery and installation team, Hugo and Raymond, were outstanding! They were on time and finished quickly. We highly recommend Mobility Equipment Recyclers of New ... read more
Great place to do business a while back I need some new batteries for another scooter I have they did it while I waited and they just fixed a smaller foldup scooter I have had a wiring problem they had it done the next day thanks to everyone there great job
I recently had above the knee amputation and needed a power lift chair so I could move around and reach things more easily. Andrew took time on the phone to explain all my options and find me the perfect chair. When my husband picked the chair up, Andrew and the team took the time to show him how all the features worked and adjust it for my needs. If you need any kind of durable medical equipment, I strongly suggest you give them a call. You won't be disappointed.
I rarely leave reviews, but their customer service was top-tier and their rental pricing was amazing. After my surgery and not being able to put weight on my foot was far tougher than I expected this knee scooter truly saved the day! They are Friendly, helpful, and super affordable. I couldn't recommend them more!
