Sales staff were knowledgeable and gave a fair price. I bought my 2011 18ft CarolinaCat from them and had it shipped to me after a survey and sea trail. Importantly, the saleswoman I dealt with - Ms. Wade - was honest and there were no surprise increases in cost once we came to an agreement. She was also very responsive.
