Needed an area rug cleaned and called their number on a Friday afternoon thinking I would get an answering machine, but Jeff the owner answered and was extremely friendly. He allowed me to drop off my rug Friday evening (around 6:30pm!), had it cleaned on site on Saturday, and I picked it up on Monday and it looked great!, all for a minimal charge!
