Absolutely incredible experience buying my dream bike from Chandler and the team here. I’m from Hawaii so they watched over my bike for almost a year before I could fly out to pick it up. They did sell our unit for us but they fell short contacting us when our unit sold. I happened to see on their website it was sold so I called and asked them about it, the person I talked with said "it just sold yesterday or the day before". When we finally got the check almost a month after it sold, it turned out that it had actually sold more than a week prior to my phone call. Not sure why they couldn't call and let us know it sold or when we'd get a check, I had to call them after seeing it was marked sold on their websi... read more
