Usually I don’t write reviews, but this time I need to congratulate all crew members in that store. I was looking to get new BMW bike, and literally I went to BMW Miami and also to BMW Fort Lauderdale ( I live in Boca Raton) and I felt like they left in the wind…but in this BMW store in Palm Bay (2:00hs from home) it was a paradise to purchase my bike. The very best customer service!!! From, the store manager into every departments they were kind, courteous, polite, honest, trustworthy, and greeting you with a smile And professionalism. Non pushy sales experience with Joe. Patient and kind staff all the way around. Service department is also great as they will let you know services to be performed and cost up front. Top technicians doing quality work in their service bays. No leaks or loose bolts after the 500 mile check and oil change. Get your Indain and Service all in one convenient spot. Highly recommend
Absolutely a friendly staff in place! Always willing to help in whatever I need. I have purchased two Indian motorcycles from them in the past five years. And that says a lot about them. As for Maintenance, they have always gotten me in and out without a hitch! They received my highest recommendation!
