Great quality and good value. Essential part of our team.
I was disappointed in my service last fall. The service person was ill prepared. He did not have a key to unlock the generator. He needed one of my sockets to remove the spark plugs. He busted one of the plugs putting it back. He had to use one of the old plugs to replace the broken one. He could not remove the oil filter by hand. I had to get a filter wrench so he could remove it.
Great service and quality work.
