Learned of the business from friends. Called office and was given a date and time for survey. On the day of survey man showed up on the exact time. Surveyed two locations for best placement. Not for his likes but best for our property and explained reasons. During conversation I mentioned salesman knew everything and his response was I don't send salesmen, I`m the owner and I want things right and the way they should be done. He explained what prep work needed to be done that they did and how. Mentioned his installers worked... read more
