I just started going to Power and Finesse Fitness and love it! Luis is a great instructor! He is very patient and helpful and knows how to get a good workout in. I’m feeling stronger already!
Been doing karate and strength training with them since 2014. The instructors are very knowledgeable, passionate, and friendly such that, no matter how tough the classes are, I always had a positive feeling. If you are looking for karate training in Minneapolis, Dave and Luis are the best I have come across.
I have worked out here for years and I have seen very good results.
The classes are challenging but fun. I've definitely noticed positive results.
