Power and Fitness is a great gym. No frills, just everything you need to work out. The owner is friendly and supportive.
Needed a new gym that I could get away from "the kiddie show" and work out seriously. Equipment is a little limited but if you know what you're doing, you can work with what is there and get a great workout no matter what you are working on that day. Staff are friendly. Private entrance for members only. Clean and safe.
