Specialties: We offer one on one personal training for all fitness levels, small group training, boot camps, variety classes, and membership. We also have a massage room with a Certified Massage Therapist. Established in 2014. This gym started in our garage in 2014 and after a year we began renting a facility. Within 8 months we grew and moved to a second location. We are now in our current location where we just finished a total remodel and expansion.

I was a member of this gym in Tucson AZ for a year. I love it. Very easy access with app for off hours. Always good music playing and good equipment. It's a good value if you want a gym in Tucson AZ and easy access of I-10 freeway. The owner Lawrence and his staff are very friendly and will bend over backwards to help you. Lots of trainers here too.
Power and Exercise is everything I was looking for in the gym. The equipment is excellent, however, the personnel is even better. Nice to be around people who know what they’re talking about.
