Very unprofessional. I talk to several people for over 1 week from this company to get my grandparents house checked to see why the alarm system isn't working. The key pad over 11 yrs old . The system is not working. The customer service skills of everyone are very rude and argumentative. If you pay for service the upgrade should be included you shouldn't keep getting the run around to get a technician, which they make you pay & you have to pay to get a new keypad.
