We stopped here when we broke down going through Joplin. Me and my husband are owner ops and we felt like we called everyone for a diagnosis or an estimate and then we found Mike and Powells. Mike was so nice to work with and was quick to get us in. He was able to get a new transmission really fast and had the work done in a day not including the weekend and waiting for the part. Thanks to Mike and all his guys for covering my truck during the snow storm to protect my things since we are moving. Dropped my truck off of Friday and Mike called me 8 am on Tuesday to let me know it was ready to pick up. Water pump was replaced. Thanks Powell Automotive Repair for getting us back on the road!
