Would definitely recommend if you're having truck problems. MIKE is very professional and nice. Let my husband use his truck to run up to the store to grab a bite. Recharged our AC and found out the Problem we had a RADIATOR LEAK. They work very fast got it done in no more than 6hrs. Thank you guys job very well done!

We've been doing business with Powell's for over 10 years. They are very honest and they stand behind the work that they do. We have actually had our truck towed from the east coast to Joplin because we only want them to work on it. If you want someone to treat you right and trust them to take care of your vehicle, this is the right place. Highly recommend!
We stopped here when we broke down going through Joplin. Me and my husband are owner ops and we felt like we called everyone for a diagnosis or an estimate and then we found Mike and Powells. Mike was so nice to work with and was quick to get us in. He was able to get a new transmission really fast and had the work done in a day not including the weekend and waiting for the part. Thanks to Mike and all his guys for covering my truck during the snow storm to protect my things since we are moving. Dropped my truck off of Friday and Mike called me 8 am on Tuesday to let me know it was ready to pick up. Water pump was replaced. Thanks Powell Automotive Repair for getting us back on the road!
