This is the only shop that my Grandma uses. She refuses to take her car anywhere else. I've witnessed several times the maintenance that Powell's has done, and it's nothing less than perfect. Not only are they reasonable, they're very orderly and timely.
Russell has been repairing my cars for years. I've driven a Lexus and BMW and he's always been able to find the problem and fix it. If there wasn't a problem he was honest and told me nothing needed to be repaired. I highly recommend him because of his knowledge and honesty.
Excellent service! I had an alignment done on an F250 extended cab, long bed, 4x4. These guys are 100% professional mechanics. Everything was explained clearly. They are thorough and look at everything that could be causing the problem. They are patient and kind. I trust them!
They do great work, best alignment guy in town! Always willing and able to help on short notice.
