Not very good.
Two and a half years after my pool was resurfaced, I now have to drain the entire pool because the water chemistry is so effed. This company bought a pool route from my former amazing pool tech and now I am paying for it. I have calcium crystals growing in the tile grout above the water line and even bigger calcium crystals growing beneath my water feature under the water line. Less expensive than my old pool service on replacing pump. My confidence on having the pool properly maintained is very good. Whenever there's a question the owner is always available to help.

I began to use Powell pool pros' service after they bought out my previous pool cleaner's company and I have had a terrible experience with them ever since. Unfortunately shortly after they began cleaning my pool it became contaminated with a chlorine resistant yellow algae that has been causing us issues ever since.
