Jeff, the owner, was phenomenal through the whole process of finding a boot that fits my feet. I wear an 11, 6E which is not common and is very difficult to find. Jeff called or text, all of his sales reps (he showed me the texts) just to find me a pair that would fit. In our back and forth, he reminded me "you are not obligated to purchase from me". We went in for my husband to pick out a new pair of boots for work. Jeff was amazing and giving my husband suggestions and backing up every suggestion with his knowledge. I was blown away by all the information he spit out about each and every boot. I wish we had a store like this back home, but we will definitely be grabbing another pair before we go back home for the future. Powell’s will definitely be the place we will suggest to others we come in contact with!!
