Mr. Powell and his family have been providing outstanding heating & air-conditioning service to my family and our home for many years. They always answer my calls immediately, (even on weekends and holidays!) We have called them many times when our air-conditioner was not working or when we needed work done on our fireplace...each time we were contacted immediately and scheduled for service. Got my travel trailer tanks filled up. They were fast and efficient. I go here for my propane every time.
If I could give no stars I absolutely would First of all, I would just like to start off with saying this is not the first time my friend has struggled with this company. They bought an older home and are trying to maintain the gas tank. The representatives who have helped them out have been impatient, unprofessional, and have poor time management skills.
