Bobby made a terrible situation for us much better. He took the time to get our vehicle to a shop, show us places to eat, and get us to a hotel. He never rushed us. Made us feel like we were one of his own. We are very grateful. It’s never fun to call a tow truck. But in this case it wasn’t so bad :). 10/10 I would recommend!!

Powell wrecker service is head and shoulders above any other towing service I have ever witnessed... not only did they expertly navigate tight quarters to load a tractor and Jeep, they made it look easy. If that isn’t impressive... they do it with industry leading customer service and are friendly and personable. The only thing positive about calling a wrecker, let’s admit that’s a bad day, is seeing Powell wrecker service come to the rescue...

Good not have been more pleased with the service that Powell towing gave me in my hour of need. I can't thank Powell Wrecker Service enough for getting my son and his girlfriend home safely. They broke down in Montgomery at 9:00 at night in a not so great section. Powells brought them and the truck all the way to Odenville, which is 2 hours away. The driver Bobby was fantastic to the kids and made them feel really comfortable. We are truly blessed that Powell Wrecker Service was available.
