I purchased a tractor pkg in 2024. They were great trying to get your money, but once the deal is completed the customer service drops off considerably. They had to send service out to the tractor right after purchase as it was having trouble going in/out of neutral. The technician did his best and its a bit easier now, but still a problem. The technician who delivered the tractor and tried to fix the shifting issue was great. I was supposed to get a 50 hr service free - negotiated with the contract at purchase.
