Great staff and a quick and painless process to get my home deed transferred into my name after a divorce. Colleen and the staff were quick and efficient and it made me wonder why I waited so long to have this paperwork done. Probably because I get stressed and procrastinate, just like I procrastinated writing this review! Lol. They make the process so incredibly EASY and STRESSFREE! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Colleen did excellent correcting my mom’s deed previously recorded erroneously by another title company. Not only did she fix my mother’s name, she caught other errors. She also informed us about many things we did not know. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Definitely a company asset!
