The worst customer service I ever dealt with. I am Not sure how this company stays in business. I have been waiting for a backup camera and a grease fitting to be fix for 4 weeks on my Sany excavator. I’m still waiting for a return phone call back.
We take every new build here and they knock it out of the park every time! The worksmanship is great and the customer service is top notch!
I had a brand new EBY aluminum dump installed on a new truck by another EBY dealer. Had nothing but problems. Powell’s decided to do the warranty work on the bed to get everything working properly. Customer service is a 5/5. Pat, told me exactly what was wrong why it was installed they way it was and how he was going to fix it. Workmanship 5/5. Thank you Powells.

As a township Roadmaster i was stressed out but these guys bailed the township out of a bad situation. 4 days before 18 inches of snow predicted we had 2 plow trucks go down out of our 6. With their fast and quality workmanship both them truck where back in service before the storm. Nothing but positive words to say about the whole staff. Never think twice about using Powells just a total top notch company to deal with.
